By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All products from PatchesMaker.ca are custom-made according to your specifications, including but not limited to:

• Size
• Shape
• Material
• Backing type
• Thread type
• Colour selection
• Finish and border style

Because each product is custom-manufactured, we cannot resell or reuse orders for other customers. Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Before production begins, we will provide a digital proof or mockup for your approval.

It is your responsibility to carefully review:

• Spelling
• Colours
• Dimensions
• Placement
• Overall design

By approving the proof, you confirm that all details are correct. PatchesMaker.ca is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

If you purchase embroidery digitizing or vector art services:

• Files are created based on the artwork provided.
• Customers must verify accuracy before using the files for production.
• Minor technical adjustments may be required due to stitch, fabric, or material limitations.

Technical modifications made to ensure production compatibility are not considered errors.

Pricing is determined based on:

• Design complexity
• Patch size
• Quantity
• Material selection
• Customization features

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. We reserve the right to revise pricing if order specifications change after quotation approval.

Production timelines are estimates and begin only after:

• Payment confirmation
• Final artwork approval

While we follow a structured production schedule, delays caused by design revisions, customer approval delays, force majeure events, or courier disruptions are outside our control.

We ship orders across Canada using trusted courier services.

Once your order has been shipped:

• Tracking information will be provided.
• Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

PatchesMaker.ca is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or customs-related issues once the shipment leaves our facility.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• Returns are not accepted for approved custom orders.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• The product differs significantly from the approved proof, or
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Minor variations may occur due to:

• Screen display differences
• Thread dye batches
• Fabric textures
• Production techniques

Slight colour or texture differences do not qualify as defects.

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, or
• You have permission from the rightful owner to use it.

PatchesMaker.ca is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers. We reserve the right to refuse production of designs that violate intellectual property laws.

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins.

Once manufacturing has started:

• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Payments are non-refundable.

Sampling or proofing fees may not be refundable once work has commenced.

PatchesMaker.ca shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Lost profits
• Misuse of products after delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

Customers are responsible for:

• Following recommended application methods
• Using appropriate heat settings for iron-on patches
• Maintaining proper garment care

Improper application, washing, or handling may reduce product lifespan.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information without consent, except as required to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact details. PatchesMaker.ca is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

PatchesMaker.ca reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including, but not limited to, unlawful designs, intellectual property violations, inappropriate content, or abusive behavior.

PatchesMaker.ca reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial regulations.
